Maldivian Booksellers

It is no secret that accessibility to books is a huge problem for book lovers in Maldives. Until recently the only way for us bookworms to get our hands on the most coveted book is to order it from Amazon or another international book seller. We all know that the shipping prices to Maldives from basically anywhere in the world is extremely high (almost as much as the book itself). For collectors like myself this was a huge disappointment for years. 

However, in the recent years we have seen a rise in the number of online booksellers. From used books to new releases, these sellers started providing books to us at a more reasonable price than before.

Browsing all these online pages and purchasing my favorite books is one of the things I like to do often. As such I believe that having these pages linked in the same place would make it easier for me as well as any other book lover looking to find the best deal. 

To this end, I decided to create a list of the book sellers in Maldives. The list is being curated based on the favorites provided by various Maldivian Bookstagrammers. I will be listing these pages in this blog post and will also be linking their pages in the menu of the blog (with the permission of the page owners of course).
